  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receiving a DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the infringing material, and take reasonable steps to notify the alleged infringer of the takedown. We may also terminate a user’s account if they are determined to be a repeat infringer.

Please note that any misrepresentation of material fact in a written notification may result in liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees incurred by Shetisathi.com or any alleged infringer.
